Overview
The “Journal Entries” tab will display the manually and automated entries made with the various details.
Detail
You can manually insert a journal entry to a past or upcoming posting by:
-Clicking insert
-Select Office
-Select Debit Chart
-Select Credit Chart
-Select the Date
-Type in the amount
-Type in QB name, if applicable
-Select Posting #, if applicable
If the entry is for a past posting, select it in the posting drop down, and re-close the week within the closing module to see the changes.
-Add any additional information in the Comments box
-Clicksave
