Overview

The “Search” tab allows you to search for a Payroll Batch once it has been inserted. The “Search” tab allows you to search for a Payroll Batch by: Batch Number, Posting Number, Open Batches and Closed Batches.

Detail

Steps:

  1. Select the correct status from the Status drop down menu

  2. Select the correct item from the Search Type drop down menu

  3. Enter the correct information in the Search Value Field

  4. Check the box next to Show Balance, if desired

    1. By checking this box, it will take longer for the search to be complete

  5. Click Search

Expert Search Tips!

  • If you only know part of the name, partial entries are fine

  • If you would like to export the search results, simply Right Click in the grid and select Export
