Overview
The “Details” tab is where consumers are initially inserted into the software. The “Details” tab houses basic demographic information, consumer contact information, Employer Name, Case Manager Name and important identifications numbers.

You can insert customers by completing the following steps:
Click insert
Enter all required fields
Click save
Required items are marked with an asterisk (*) and are highlighted below.
Drop-down items will default according to the defaults set in the Management Module.
