Overview

The “Find It!” tab displays personnel once the personnel have been saved into the software. When running a search, double click the personnel record to take you to their profile.

The “Basic Search” tab allows you to select the type of information you’re using to search and entering in a search value, click Find It!

The “Activity Search” tab searches the “Activity” tab in the personnel profile according to the activities date. Select the start and end dates for activities entered and click Find It!

The “Skill Search” tab searches skills that have been entered on the personnel’s skills tab. If the skill on the profile has expired it will not pull to a given search.

The “Availability Search” tab allows you to search the shifts entered on the personnel’s availability tab.

The “Call In” tab shows you what personnel have “checked in” within the date range entered.

The “Message” tab will display the text messages sent to and received by personnel within the date rage set. The messages can be replied to within the message tab. Additional information regarding text message functionality can be found in our Text Messaging Document.

The “ACA Search” tab allows you to find personnel based off Affordable Care Act (ACA) entries made on the profile of the personnel.
