Overview
The “Documents” tab stores files relevant to the Personnel. Once uploaded, files can be emailed or viewed, and removed as needed.
Detail
To add a document to the Personnel profile, follow the below steps:
-Right Click in the white area
-Select add document
-Browse to your local computer for the intended file
-Selectthe desired file for upload
-Select the document type
-Type any information to the comment section
-Click Save

To remove a document from the Personnel profile, follow the below steps:
-Right click
-SelectRemove
-Click yes on the confirmation pop up
-Click Save
To email a document from the Personnel profile, follow the below steps:
-Right click
-SelectEmail Document
-Enter the email address in the pop up box
-Click OK
-Click OK in the pop up confirmation box
To view a document from the Personnel profile, follow the below steps:
-Right click on the item to view
-SelectView Document
The document will then pull up in a separate window.
