The “Print Quote Letter” tab allows you to select the office, quote format and how you would like the quote to be sent..

After selecting the office and format from the drop down, you can manually enter the business information into the Business Information Field or click Load Customer Info which walks you through selecting the customer, relevant job site and loads the address for that job site.

Once the business is loaded into the Quotes module, you can type add additional service line information you would like to include in the quote. You can preview, email, and/or load the quote directly to the customers document tab.
