The “Notes” tab is where you can enter notes for the selected consumer.To add a note, click the insert button at the top, specify any details, and click save. To add remove or edit the options in the “Type” drop down, review the entries in the management module “Lookup” tab.

To Add a Note:

  1. Click Insert

  2. Select the note type

  3. Type in the note

  4. Click Save

The notes entered here are made permanent the night the note is added.
