Create a step-by-step guide:

  1. Add steps that are simple and self-contained

The “Details” tab is where consumers are initially inserted into the software. This houses basic demographic information, consumer contact information, Employer Name, Case Manager Name, and identifications numbers with the options to list additional or user defined information below. Required fields are in BOLD.

You can insert customers by completing the following steps:

  • Click insert

  • Enter all required fields

  • Click save

If the consumer is also the employer, then you can click “Insert as Employer” at the top which will create the current consumer as an employer, and assign it to the consumer automatically.
