Overview
The “Find It” tab allows you to search for a customer once they’ve been inserted. The “Find It!” tab allows you to search for Customers with a variety of options.

The “Basic Search” tab allows you to set the type of information you’re using to search, enter in a search value and click find it.

The “Activity Search” tab searches the customer profile activity tab by activity date or call back date. The tab allows you to select the Data Type, Activity, Office, Date Range and click find it.

The “Call Backs” tab searches the notes tab for a call back dates that has been entered in the customer module.

The “Skill Search” tab references skills that have been entered as part of a position in the customers job site>position>skills tab. Checking a skill will show which customers have positions that have had that skill added.

The “Placements” tab will show you what placements have been added to the customers profile.

Type the % in the Search Value field and it will pull all results for the selected office
If you only know part of the name, partial entries are fine
