Overview
The “History” tab allows you to view the payroll, order, placement, employment, and message history for the selected personnel. The details of each tab are broken down below.
Detail
The “Payroll” tab displays payroll that has been processed with a check date that’s within the date range set. Selecting a row will display the taxes and deductions details below, as well as the option to view the email history of the check stub. The right clicks options allow you to export the displayed entries, email out a pay stub, re-print a check, re-issue a check, and copy the check number.

The “Orders” tab displays any orders the personnel is on with a work date that exist within the specified date range. Double clicking any entries will open the associated order, and right clicking will show the export option.

The “Placements” tab provides an at a glance view of placement details for all customers the Personnel is assigned to.

The “Employment” tab will automatically track the hire, terminated, re-hire, and check date for the selected personnel. This allows users to view employment related information at a glance versus running multiple reports.

The “Message” tab will display the text messages sent to, and received by, the selected personnel within the date rage set. The messages can be replied to within the message tab. Additional information regarding text message functionality can be found in our Text Messaging Document.
