The “Deductions” tab is where the you can view the existing costs being referenced in the above calculations. The software will automatically load the relevant taxes for the selected state. You can select additional deductions, such as Worker’s Compensation, to be utilized in the estimation.

To add a deduction code:
-Right Click anywhere in bottom grid
-Click the add deduction menu item
...
-Double Click a the deduction to be factored into the quote
-Select Closed
The deduction has now been added.
Deductions must be stet up in the settings module before they will be displayed here as an option to add.

To remove a deduction:
-Right Click on the deduction you would like to remove
-Click the remove deduction menu item
-Select OK on the pop up box
