In order for an event to show up on the calendar, you will need to add that event to the calendar through the software.

Follow the below steps to create a calendar event:

-Highlight the date/time range by dragging and dropping

-Right Click in the highlighted area

-Click the new event menu item

-Enter in the details of the event

-Click OK
