Once saved, navigate to the Customer module, select the relevant customer, and click the Job Sites tab. From here, click the Certified Payroll tab, and check the box that reads “Prevailing Wage Job”, and specify how you want the information displayed in the Certified Payroll Report. After you have Added the Fringe Pay Type, the next step is to set up a Prevailing Wage Job Site.

  4. Insert a new job site or select an existing job site

For ease of use in the next few steps, consider involving Fringe/Prevailing in the job site name to easily see which sites are enabled for the fringe rate.

5. Click the Certified Payroll tab

6. Check the box that reads Prevailing Wage Job

Selecting “Prevailing Wage Job” will enable fringe for the job site and all its relevant positions.
