The “Details” tab is where consumers are initially inserted into the software. The “Details” tab This houses basic demographic information, consumer contact information, Employer Name, Case Manager Name, and important identifications numbers with the options to list additional or user defined information below. Required fields are in BOLD.

You can insert customers by completing the following steps:

  • Click insert

  • Enter all required fields

  • Click save

Required items are marked with an asterisk (*) and are highlighted below.

Drop-down items will default according to the defaults set in the Management Module.

If the consumer is also the employer, then you can click “Insert as Employer” at the top which will create the current consumer as an employer, and assign it to the consumer automatically.
