Overview

The “Details” tab is where case managers are initially inserted into the software. The “Details” tab houses basic demographic information, Agency Name and web password.

You can insert case managers by completing the following stepsTo Insert a Case Manager:

  1. Click insert

  1. Type all required fields

  2. Click save

Required items are marked with a BOLD title

Drop-down items will default according to the defaults set in the Management Module.
