Overview
The “Activity” tab allows you to log activities performed with the customer, with any applicable details related to the customer interaction. Like the notes tab, each activity is made permanent the night the activity is entered. These entries are searchable via the customers find it>activity tab.

Steps:
-Right Click in the activity area
-Select add activity
-Type any activity relevant information
-Click save
Helpful hints, tricks, or “make sure you do this” would go here. If there aren’t any for that page, delete this section. It can always be added later if need.
