Overview

The “Intake Tab” is used to store Intake information for the Consumer. The description field is a predetermined field that is customizable in the Management module. The Note field is a text field for the Intake notes to be entered. ANYTHING ELSE??

Detail

To Add an Intake Note:

  1. Click Insert

  2. Select the Description from the Description field drop down menu

  3. Type in Notes in the Note field

  4. Click Save

To remove an Intake Note:

  1. Right Click on the desired Note

  2. Select Remove

  3. Click Yes on the pop up box

  4. Click Save
