Overview
The “Intake Tab” is used to store Intake information for the Consumer. The description field is a predetermined field that is customizable in the Management module. The Note field is a text field for the Intake notes to be entered.
Detail
To Add an Intake Note:
Click Insert
Select the Description from the Description field drop down menu
Type in Notes in the Note field
Click Save
To remove an Intake Note:
Right Click on the desired Note
Select Remove
Click Yes on the pop up box
Click Save
