What’s happening in Version 2.0.22

Customer Module:

  • Customers will now receive Invoices and all of the documents combined into a single pdf.

  • Ability to set how an Invoice’s documents are attached to the Invoice’s pdf


Example of what the 4 separate pdf files would like under the “4 Document Per Page” setting:


The attached documents would be merged into the main invoices PDF file.
Example:
Page 1 = Invoice Page
Page 2 – X = Merged Documents depending on the “Attachment Format” setting

  • The following warning message will display if a customer with the same name or Tax ID is entered

  • Ability to see what order # a given document was originating from


Invoicing Module:

  • Double clicking on records in the Invoice Reprint tab now automatically views the invoice


Misc:

  • Ability to export Essential Staff Care MEC plans from the file menu

  • Ability to export PEO Data from file menu. This is an alternative to exporting via the Report Module.

Personnel Module:

  • Electronically order Background checks from the software


When a the background check is completed it will automatically update within the software and you
can configure certain events to happen based on a Pass / Fail (auto terminate, etc). You can be
emailed / texted the full Background Check Report via the Reminders system for both pass or failed
results. Also, the background check can be viewed from a web browser by copying the Report URL.

  • Added support for the “Reduced Withholding” parameter for the Missouri W4


Reports Module:

  • Updated Print / Export menus

Setup Module:

  • Added Discretionary data field on Bank Accounts tab for certain NACHA ACH file support

  • Ability to set the default “Attachment Format” for newly inserted Customers

  • Add multiple background check types and configure what happens if they fail. Ability to have
    software automatically order background checks for newly placed new hires.

  • Added flexible “Auto Reset” functionality to the existing checklist system. The check list system
    ensures specific company processes are reconciled prior to being able to service a customer / send a
    worker out. Please contact the support team if you want to learn more about how the checklist

  • W2 boxes on SDI and FLI tabs


New Permissions

  • Order Background Checks -Determines if this user can order background checks from the
    Personnel Module -> Profile -> Background Check Tab

  • Personnel: Background Check Failed - Notice when a Background result comes back as "failed"

  • Personnel: Background Check Passed - Notice when a Background result comes back as "passed"
