Overview

The “Rules” tab allows the software to auto manage certain restrictions on a customer by customer basis. Each rule has a specific use detailed below and will prompt users when a rule is being enforced.

Detail

Steps on how to enter a Rule in the Customer module:

-Right Click anywhere in the white grid

-Click the add rule item

-Choose the rule type of the rule you want to create

Credit Limit – How much a customer can owe you before the software prevents new orders being created

Aging max - How old an invoice can be before the software prevents new orders being created

D&B Limit -

DNR - Which Personnel aren’t allowed to work for that specific customer

-Type the value of the limit

-Enter an Expiration Date

The Expiration Date field is an optional field that can determine when the entered rule no longer enforces the entered limit. If the rule isn't meant to expire, leave the expiration date blank.

-Click the save button on the top toolbar

Rules are updated the same way they’re added, and the information will be replaced with the new entry.
