Consumer Employees> Codes/Rates Tab

The “Codes/Rates” tab is where you list the codes that the selected employee can work. To add an item, right click and select add, select the code from the drop down, enter the rate, start, and end dates, and click save.

Detail

To Add a Code:

  1. Right Click in the lower window and select Add

  2. Select the code in the drop down

  3. Type in the Rate, Start, and End date

  4. Click Save

 

Remember that to associate a code with an employee on this tab, the code must first be added to the “Service Codes” tab for the consumer.
