QTD4 2022
This update includes new reports, tax rate updates, and additional customization options for service codes and stubs.
General Updates
Moving forward, report creations and modifications will be billed at the hourly contract rate listed on your contract.
All payroll taxes have been updated for all states and rates
A friendly reminder that you’ll need to add a 2023 SUTA record on the Employers module located on the Details tab > Tax Info Sub tab
Reports
FICA Refund - Displays any employee who did not reach the FICA limit.
Payroll Overview – An enhanced payroll deduction and earning report that should the debit and credit chart.
Payroll Overview Summary – Consumer summary level payroll report that shows all deductions and earnings per consumer for a date range.
Optionally if a GL Segment is assigned to the consumer, this will show on the report as well. The GL segment can be set in the Consumer module.
Management Module
There is a new default for Stubs. The current stub that’s used is “Default”, however we can develop different electronic stubs based on the program. These stubs are developed at your contract hourly rate.
You now can specify a program for a service code.
You can also notate a code as mileage. This will be new to be configured as part of our upcoming web update.
