Authorization Search Tab

The “Search” tab is where you’ll search for an Authorization once it has been inserted. This tab allows you to search for an Authorization by: Status, Consumer Name, Consumer Number, Reference, Description, Authorization Number, and Medicaid Number.

To Search Authorizations:

1. Select the correct status from the Status drop down menu

2. Select the correct item from the Search Type drop down menu

3. Enter the correct information in the Search Value Field

4. Check the box next to Show Balance, if desired

   1. By checking this box, it will take longer for the search to be complete

5. Click Search
