Customer Profile

Overview

The “Profile” tab is where customers are initially inserted into the software. The “Profile” tab houses basic demographic information, customer contact information, work week information and important identifications numbers.

Detail

You can insert customers by completing the following steps:

-Click insert

-Enter all required fields

-Click save.

Required items are marked with an asterisk (*) and are highlighted below.

Drop-down items will default according to the office defaults set in the Set Up Module.

The Customer Profile screen houses many settings specific for the customer. The most commonly used fields are detailed below.
