What’s happening in Version 2.0.21

Customer Module:

• Added a “Documents” count column to the Customer Module -> Invoicing tab

Mag Media:

The generation time of mag files has been significantly improved. The improved performance came
at the cost the “Data” tab not being populated by default. If you wish to populate the Data tab, you
must now click on the Mag Media -> Create File -> Data -> “Load Detail Data” button”

Misc:

• Check processing speed significantly improved (500% faster in some cases).

• Improved processing printing / emailing speed of invoices when attaching documents

• 2020 Tax Changes (see “Personnel Module” new W4 changes)

• 2019 End of Year support for Account Ability

• 2019 End of Year support for Greenshades (exports single xlsx file with multiple tabs)

• Internal Employees can now view their own accrual information from the File -> Time Clock dialog

Payroll Module:

• Added Bulk Remove -> Remove Personnel -> Personnel on same Pay Type

Personnel Module:
Support for both 2019 and 2020 W4 forms:

• New employees effective 1/1/2020 are required to use the new 2020 W4. The software will default
  any newly inserted personnel to the 2020 style of W4.

• Existing employees are not required to fill out a new 2020 W4, but have the option to switch over to
  the new form with the “Use 2020 W4” button".

2019 W4 (only for existing employees)

2020 W4 (required for all new employees starting 1/1/2020)

Setup Module:

Setup -> Office -> General -> Invoices Include Documents by Default

• If checked, the "Include Documents" check box will be checked by default when printing / emailing
  invoices

Setup -> Users -> User Accounts -> Permissions -> Misc -> View Self Accruals

• If checked, the user can view their own accrual information from the File -> Time Clock window
