Personnel Rules

Overview

The “Rules” tab allows the software to automatically prevent certain Personnel working for specific Customers by adding a Do Not Return (DNR) rule. Should a DNR exist between a Personnel and Customer, the software will prevent the addition of the personnel to the order and a pop up will inform the user that a DNR exists.

Detail

To add a DNR simply:

-Right Click anywhere in the white grid

-Click the add do not return rule

-Click yes

-Type the customer name

-Double Click the customer

-Click Save

If you would like to remove a DNR, simply:

-Right click

-Select Remove Do Not Return Rule

-Click Yes on the confirmation pop up
