Skills
Overview
The “Skills” tab allows you to add skills already set up in the software. The skills list is created in the Setup module, Types Tab, Skills tab. There are several benefits to adding skills to a Personnel’s profile, such as: searching a specific skill, as well as, ensuring a Personnel has a given skill required for a position.
Detail
To add a skill:
-Click the skills tab
-Right Click anywhere in the white area
-Double Click the skill you’re wanting to add
-Click Close
-Click Save
Once a skill has been added, the bottom area is made available for additional details. The expire date serves the purpose of a skill search no longer referencing the skill once it’s expired. If an expire date is entered ad a skill search is preformed, those Personnel with an expired skill will not display.
