Report Streams

Overview

Report streams allow you to run multiple reports at once, which can then be printed, exported or emailed. This is useful for users that are running the same groups of reports as you can start the stream and have the results sent to you once completed.

Detail

To add a report to a Report Stream:

-Navigate to the My Favorites section

-Find a report that you’re want to add to a report stream

If you are creating a new report stream, click Create New Stream

-Right Click the report

-Select Add To Report Stream

-Select the Report Stream the report should be added too

To Remove a report from a Report Stream:

-Navigate to the Report Stream section

-Select the desired Report Stream

-Select desired report to remove

-Right Click Remove From Stream

To run a Report Stream

-Navigate to the Report Stream section

-Select the desired Report Stream

-Click Begin Stream.

-Set any desired filters for the report highlighted to the left.

-Click Next Report

Continue to set filters for all report in the stream

-Click Finish Stream,

-Select how you want the reports delivered

There are 3 options for delivery: Print, Export and/or Email. You can select as many options as you would like.

-Click OK

The reports will process and be delivered.
