Check Register

Overview

The “Check Register” tab allows you to view the balances of a specific bank account and perform advanced actions on payroll that’s already been processed.

Detail

To perform a search on the Check Register Tab:

-Set the Office

-Set the Type

-Set the Start and End Date

-Set the Search Type

-Set Search Value

-Click Search

Once you find the relevant entry, right click to see your options. Options will vary depending on what type of check you’re wanting to act upon i.e. you can’t change personnel on an AP check. After the option is selected, simply follow the on-screen instructions, which will range from selecting a new state tax, personnel, deduction, work comp code, etc.
