Overview
The “Search” tab allows you to search for an Authorization once it has been inserted. The “Search” tab allows you to search for an Authorization by: Status, Consumer Name, Consumer Number, Reference, Description, Authorization Number, and Medicaid Number.

Steps:
Select the correct status from the Status drop down menu
Select the correct item from the Search Type drop down menu
Enter the correct information in the Search ValueField
Check the box next to Show Balance, if desired
By checking this box, it will take longer for the search to be complete
Click Search

If you would like to export the search results, simply Right Click in the grid and select Export
