Overview

The “Lookup” tab is where the user can create and edit all look up and drown information for ArborSoft. The Lookup tab has X sub tabs. The sub tabs are: Note Type, Consumer Status, Consumer Type, Employee Type, Employee Status, Contact Type, Region, Skill Certification, Activity, Intake, Diagnosis Codes, County, Agency, Term Reason, Intake Module, Absentee, Waives, State, Vendor Type, and Vendor Status.

Detail

To Create an Item:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate tab

  2. Click Insert

  3. Check the box in the Active column

    1. This field defaults to the box checked

  4. Type in the item name in the Description field

  5. Click Save

Repeat this process as many times as necessary.

To Edit an Item

  1. Navigate to the appropriate tab

  2. Click the Item to edit

  3. Change the Item

  4. Click Save

Repeat this process as many times as necessary.
