Codes/Rates
The “Codes/Rates” sub-tab displays details regarding the selected employee, an authorization and code must be selected on the time entry tab for this information to display.
Notes
The “Notes” sub-tab is used for general note keeping for the selected employee.
Auth Usage
The “Auth Usage” sub-tab will display what the selected employee is using for the associated authorization. The information will populate once you right click> show.
Duplicates
The “Duplicates” sub-tab will show you if an employee has time entries that overlap. Remember this will be triggered when both the day and time overlap, regardless of any rules being added to the batch on the overview tab.
