Overview
The “Placements” tab is where you can have personnel listed with all the relevant order level information. Placements are an easy way for quickly building an order or batch with the below information versus entering everything manually each time. Placement information can be updated as needed.
The person filling the placement must be entered into the personnel module before they can be added here.
Detail
-Right Click in the blank Placement area
-Click add placement
-Select the position
-Find the personnel you would like to fill the placement and double click
-Configure the position
-Configure the default hours for the person
-Click save
Adding a placement in Customer>Placement tab makes the personnel available in the Payroll>Order/Batch tabs. In the payroll module you can right click>add position, then click the "Placements" tab and see those placements created at the customer level.
