Product Highlight - Aging Trend Exception Report

We wanted to make everyone aware of a useful report within Staffing Complete called the “Aging Trend Exception” report. This report is similar to an Aging report, but only shows invoices older than the average pay off age for each client. This allows you to focus on non-payment trends as they emerge based on each individual client. This allows you to focus on overdue invoices by not displaying invoices that are typically unpaid according to that clients typical pay schedule.

As Staffing Complete already averages the average amount of days it takes your clients to pay off their invoices, this report only shows invoices that are over their particular trend. As shown in the example below, the report will list the average pay off days for each customer, a breakdown of the "over trend" invoices, and the age for each one. This report is ran with the date logic "As Of", meaning if you're wanting the most up to date review of information you'd select today's date vs a date range.
