General Definitions

This page contains general definitions used through out the wiki and used by Carvin Software staff when discussing ArborSoft.

Consumer - The person that is receiving services. This person may also be the Employer of Record (EOR). Other program terms commonly used: member, participant, client

Employer - The official Employer of Record (EOR) with the government issues Employer Identification Number (EIN). This person may be the Consumer or it may be a different person appointed by the Consumer.

Employee - The person providing the services. Other terms commonly used: attendant, direct service worker (DSW), personal service worker (PSW), person care attendant (PCA), attendant
