QTD 2 2024
This 13.4 update introduces the new Audit Module, Optional Email Duplication, Employer Registration and the Employer Web. Details of the new features and multiple updates detailed below.
New Features
1. Audit Module
This new module will track field level changes in the employee,
employee direct deposit, employee deduction, consumer, consumer service code,
allotment, allotment detail, employer, vendor, and vendor direct deposit for increased
compliance. You will have to add this module to users who need access.
2. Employer Registration
The ability to register and employer and grant them access to
view any consumer information within the system.
3. Employer Web
The ability for employers to view and approve time entries. Employers
will be able to register on the site with their e-mail address.
4. Optional Email duplication checking has been added.
Updates
Mag Media
Issue was corrected with detail data not saving for certain users.
2024 was added to the drop down.
Management
Region inserts and updates has been resolved.
Audit History tab has been removed.
On the codes tab, Mod 2, and Mod 3 have been added for HIPAA.
CareTime import code added to code tab. Please note this code must be unique. You
should assign a unique code in CareTime.
Employee
Ability to reset password.
Web password field removed.
Send text message option has been removed.
Location address fields added.
Employer
Ability to reset password.
Ability to link consumers to employers and provide web access.
Consumers tab renamed to Overview Tab.
Location address fields added.
Consumer
Ability to reset password.

Associate tab disabled.
Case Manager field restored.
Payor field restored.
Agency field restored.
You can specify time on the Absentee start and end fields.
