Customer Activity
Overview
The “Activity” tab allows you to log activities performed with the customer, with any applicable details related to the customer interaction. Like the notes tab, each activity is made permanent the night the activity is entered.
Activity entries are searchable via the Find It! tab in the Customer module and then on the Activity Tab.
Detail
Steps:
-Right Click in the activity area
-Select Add Activity
-Type any Activity relevant information
-Click save
