Quote Type

Overview

You first select the “Quote Type” in the upper left to change the method of how you typically view and enter quote amounts and select the state and enter in the items. With the items entered, the estimations are displayed under the standard and overtime columns to the right.

Detail

To generate your Gross Margin quote, follow the below instructions:

-Choose the Quote Type Gross Margin

-Choose the State

-Type the Pay Rate of the Personnel

-Type the Regular GM %

-Type the Overtime GM%

This is the same as the Regular GM %, but is calculated for OT opposed to standard time

To generate your Bill Rate quote, follow the below instructions:

-Choose the Quote Type Bill Rate

-Choose the State

-Type the Pay Rate of the Personnel

-Type the Regular Bill Rate

-Type the Overtime Bill Rate

This is the same as the Regular Bill Rate, but is calculated for OT opposed to standard time

To generate your Mark Up quote, follow the below instructions:

-Choose the Quote Type Mark Up

-Choose the State

-Type the Pay Rate of the Personnel

-Type the Regular Mark Up $

-Type the Overtime Mark Up $

This is the same as the Regular Mark Up $, but is calculated for OT opposed to standard time
