Case Manager Notes Tab

The “Notes” tab is where you can enter notes for the selected Case Manager. To add a note, click the insert button at the top, specify any details, and click save.

Detail

To Add a Note:

  1. Click Insert

  2. Select the note type

  3. Type in the note

  4. Click Save

The notes entered here are made permanent the night the note is added.
