The “Activity” tab allows you to log activities performed with the Consumer, with any applicable details related to the Consumer interaction.

Detail

To Add an Activity:

  1. Click Insert at the top

  2. Select the activity from the drop down

  3. Type in the date

  4. Click save

Like the notes tab, each activity is made permanent the night the activity is entered.
