Consumer Search Tab

The “Search” tab allows you to search for a consumer once they’ve been inserted. This tab allows you to search for Consumers by the following options: Name, SSN, Reference, Program, Number, Medicaid, Status, Import ID, and Incomplete Checklist.

To Search For Consumers:

1. Select the correct item from the Search Field drop down menu

2. Enter the correct information in the Search Value Field

3. Click Search
