Accrual Plans

Overview

The “Accrual Plans” is where accrual plans can be created and accessed at the office and personnel level. Accrual Plans can be specified for temporary and internal personnel.

Detail

The fields functions are detailed below:

Eligibility Delay – This allows the person to accrue hours, but not use until X days

Rollover – Determines if the rollover occurs on the Calendar year or personnel Anniversary year

Year Start & End – The software tracks and uses the correct Accrual Tier based on the personnel hire date tracking years of service

Accrual Rate – The amount per hour accrued in decimal form, so at .1 10 hours of time worked is equivalent to 1 hour of vacation/sick time.

Max Accrue - How many hours can be accrued within the time frame selected in the drop down.

Stop Amt – How many hours able to be housed between accrual and rollover

Usage Max – How many hours can be used within the date time frame selected in the second drop down.
