Payroll Pending Web Entries

Overview

The “Pending Web Entries” tab is where all pending web time entry items are displayed for the user to see. It will only be displayed here if the entry has not been verified by the approved person (I.E. the Employer). This grid can be exported and refreshed based on need.

Detail

To make a column ascending or descending order:

  • Click on the desired sub tab

    • Payroll

      • Employee transactions

    • Vendor

      • Independent Contractors and Vendor transactions

  • Click on the desired gray column header to change the data to ascending or descending order based on that column.

The 1st click will put the column data in ascending order. If you click a second time on the same column, is will put the data in descending order. 

To Export:

  • Right Click in the grid

  • Click Export

  • Navigate through the Export Wizard

  • Click Execute

To Refresh:

  • Right Click in the grid

  • Click Refresh
